Methodology
Belief uses deterministic rules. No editor sets a startup's price, and no hidden model changes the score. The same trade at the same supply produces the same result.
Price = 1.00 + 0.08 × circulating shares
Every buy increases supply and moves the price up the same curve. Every sell reduces supply and moves it back down. The price cannot fall below the base price.
Market cap = spot price × circulating shares
This is a score inside Belief. It is not a company valuation, funding round, or estimate of real-world equity value.
(current price − reference price) ÷ reference price × 100
The reference is the latest recorded print at or before 24 hours ago. If none exists, Belief uses the base price. An empty market reports 0%.
Sum of fictional BLF exchanged during the previous 24 hours
Volume measures activity, not unique people. Both buys and sells contribute to the displayed activity for a project.

BLF is fictional and has no cash value. Read the shorter rules overview or inspect live startup markets.
